- Complying with legal obligations
We do not use children’s information for targeted advertising.
5. How information is shared
Service providers
We use third-party services to help us operate support and signup workflows, such as form delivery providers that forward messages to us. Those providers process only the information needed to deliver the message.
Apple
Purchases and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. Apple processes payment information according to its own privacy policy.
Amazon affiliate links
Parents may open Amazon product search links from the App. Amazon may receive standard web or app referral information according to its own policies. We do not send your children’s ledger or chore data to Amazon.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Notifications
If you enable notifications, the App may schedule local or push reminders about chores, progress, and parent to-dos. You can change notification permissions in your device settings and notification preferences in the App.
7. Data retention and deletion
On your device
Your family data remains on your device until you delete it, wipe the App, or restore from a backup.
Information sent to us
Support messages, feedback, and parent signup notifications are retained only as long as needed to provide support, maintain records, and improve the App, unless a longer period is required by law.
Deleting your data
You can delete all App data from the Backup & data screen in the parent area. Uninstalling the App may also remove local data unless you have a backup elsewhere.
To ask us to delete information we received from you through feedback or the support form, contact us on the support page.
8. Security
We use device-level security features such as Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to help protect parent areas of the App. Family data files are encrypted on device. Backup files are encrypted and require a separate backup code.

You can:
- Opt in or out of product update emails during setup
- Contact us to unsubscribe from non-essential emails
- Disable notifications in device settings
- Delete local App data at any time
